Edition 2018 of Africa Web Festival
With more than 7,000 participants each year, Africa Web Festival is today the most important digital promotion and emulation event in French-speaking Africa. Fabrice Sawegnon took part in the 5th edition, on November 29, at the Palais de la Culture in Treichville, as a panelist on the theme “The future of the communication agency in the era of GAFAM (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon & Microsoft) ”
According to the CEO of Voodoo Group, the era of GAFAM, digital giants is a real opportunity for communication agencies but also for young people. At the agency level, we can note, for example, progress in strategic and analytical terms (audience measurement, targeting, personalization of advertising messages, etc.)
Les #GAFAM nous obligent à travailler différemment mais les agences de communication ont encore de beaux jours devant elles. #AWF2018

Especially for young people, this era offers more possibilities in self-training, entrepreneurship and the expression of their talents, provided that everyone, individuals and companies alike, knows how to make the most of it.
In short, this new edition of the Africa Web Festival was an opportunity to discover, once again, digital trends and to think about how to better live together through innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
