Fabrice Sawegnon, CEO of Life TV and CEO of Voodoo Group signed the buyback of all the shares of Vibe Radio Côte d’Ivoire and Vibe Radio Senegal from the LAGARDERE Group on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Paris.

This acquisition, which strengthens its group’s media offering, is in line with its development strategy aimed at creating the 1st Communication and Media Group in French-speaking black Africa.

This operation, carried out on the year of the twentieth anniversary of the Voodoo group, gives concrete expression to the ambition and expertise of a creative and hard-working African youth; a youth who has faith in the future of their continent.
